RECENT INFORMATION/REMINDERS:

Please continue to watch your speed as you travel through the neighborhood. 25mph signs have been installed by the DOT on state maintained roads, and the Developer and HOA have installed "Golf Cart Crossing" and "Children at Play" signs at appropriate points in the neighborhood. Concerns about speeding can be directed to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department using the Area Links contact information.

Please be reminded that ACC approval is required BEFORE improvements are made. The ACC approval forms and the recently updated ACC guidelines can be found under the Documents section of the website.

Now that the NC DOT manages the roads, please be mindful of the restrictions on golf carts. Specifically, the NC statute states that "...No person less than 16 years of age may operate a golf cart on a public street...".

Lieutenant Erin Long of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Department is, among other areas, responsible for the Verdict Ridge community. At the annual HOA meeting, she asked that residents contact her at 704.736.8878 with non-emergency concerns. Reminder to dial 911 for emergencies.
